At Institute for Injection Molding, we provide professional training courses in online and offline modes. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking a course.

1. Non-Refundable Payments

• All payments for courses, whether online or offline, are non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be provided if a participant is unable to attend a course.

2. Course Rescheduling / Transfer

• If a participant cannot attend a booked course, we will provide access to the next available course of similar content and mode (online/offline).
• Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 5 days prior to the original course start date.

3. Payment Gateway

• All transactions are processed via Razorpay to ensure a secure and reliable payment experience.

4. Agreement

By completing the payment and registration process, participants agree to this Refund Policy and understand that:

• Payments are non-refundable
• Rescheduling to another course (online/offline) is the only alternative if a participant cannot attend
